Cord operated adjustable window awning allows you to raise or lower the awning depending on the weather or your privacy requirement. We recommend not leaving window awnings down in strong winds or storms.
Installing DIY window awnings is economical way to manage the heat coming into the house via sunlight. This means energy savings because there is less need for air conditioning during the summer months.
Our window awnings are available in a range of different materials, colours and patterns. The Docril Acrylic awnings provide a great range of colours and stripes, as does the Brella canvas which is UV stablised, mildew and rot resistant. We can also create window awnings using Outlook mesh in a range of colours and patterns; Comshade, which is an extra heavy duty shadecloth designed for maximum UV shade protection and Commercial 95 shadecloth which is available in 14 colours.
